We have two black labs, one 3-year old and one 6-year old.  They can be high maintenance at times, being used to roaming on large acreage, and so we are extremely pleased with the quality of care and attention they receive from Graham and Julie at the Little Green Farm Resort - and it is indeed considered a "doggie and cat resort".  The facilities are exemplary, with provision for both hot summers and cold winters.  Graham's small touch of providing "wading pools" in the summer is appreciated, along with his individual attention and care with each of the pets, and Julie's cheerful disposition with both clients and their pets make both feel comfortable. In our case, the dogs head for the back of the truck when being picked up, and Julie insists on coming out to say good-bye to them. In our opinion, we could not ask for a better couple to take care of our valued pets when we are away.  We first thought we might worry about them but after seeing how Graham and Julie genuinely love all the pets under their care, and watching our dogs' reaction to both of them, we feel very confident in leaving them at this Little Green Farm.

Prior to moving to Oliver 4 yrs ago, we never had to worry about leaving our 3 kitties in a boarding facility . Once in Oliver, we were very concerned about arrangements especially because of Jelly (17 yrs old at the time) who was very timid! When Little Green Farm opened, we toured the facility and found Julie and Graham to be very committed to high standards of care for family pets.  We especially liked that the cats had access to the outdoors!

The 1st time we left LB, Rolly and Jelly at the pet hotel was for 3 weeks.- NOT EASY to do for me ( Theresa)! Being reassured by Julie that we could email anytime and she would update us on how they were doing was important!  Since that time, we have used Little Green Farm numerous times-sometimes for a few days and sometimes for weeks!  We no longer have Jelly with us-he lived a wonderful 21 years.

LB and Rolly love the cat suite-this is their special place! They can be together, have a lot of time outdoors, or just perch on the window sill with a view or snooze in a number of comfy spots!

We are more relaxed now leaving LB and Rolly in Julie and Graham's trusted hands!  Little Green Farm is a GREAT pet care facility with high standards -a definite "oasis of calm" as they put it!  

We always recommend Little Green Farm. Thank you Julie and Graham for taking wonderful care of our family members! Very Grateful.

I cannot be happier with how you cared for Shamel while we were away. She seems emotionally very secure and her bubbly happy self. For a dog that had such a rough start in life (until we rescued her) I thought leaving her in a kennel (or I should say 'Hotel') would never be an option. We would highly recommend Little Green Farm for your pets.  All considerations are met, facilities are very clean and the animals receive great care. They are exercised on a regular basis and if you have any special needs Julie and Graham are extremely helpful and  considerate.  In cold weather the kennels are equipped with in floor heating and in the summer are also cooled.   A great place to leave your animals and we feel confident that they are in good care.

Scruffy

I have a very hard time leaving Baggins and Scruffy and saying goodbye to them always leave me in tears.  In some ways it is a little crazy as I always feel bad to leave them and being emigrants with family all over the world I feel like I am always choosing between my pets and family!  Since the Little Green Farm Pet Hotel has opened I feel a lot better about leaving my dogs. They are always so excited to go and they start barking and wagging their tails as soon as we turn up the road towards the Pet Hotel. This has made it so much easier for me to leave them. I know how much Graham and Julie care about all the animals they board and their kindness and compassion make me feel very comfortable to leave them. It is also very comforting to know that they get exercised and have social time with other dogs every day. The Little Green Farm Pet Hotel is 5 star accomodation for pets. Thank you for your taking such good care of my animals!

A true escape for cats!  Little Green Farms Pet Hotel is really doing pet care right.  When I return from my holiday and pick up my cat he is calm and content.  He doesn't display any signs of agitation as he has when I have kennelled him else where. Johnny loves you Julie and Graham! Thank you,

Juneau and Tundra

We have being taking our two siberian huskies Juneau and Tundra to Little Green Farm since June 2009 when they first opened.  After investigating several other kennels in the area we found Little Green Farm to be so superior. Our boys took to Julie and Graham right away. Julie and Graham are truly pet people and are very knowledgeable in pet behaviour.  It's nice to know there's a place you can leave your pets and know that they will be so well cared for and stress free.  We do not hesitate to recommend Little Green Farm to all our friends and neighbours.  This year alone we will definitely be using Little Green Farm a minimum of four times.

As with many dog owners, there are often times when our pets, in this case our “Doggies” have to be boarded while we travel away from home.  When we were moving in to our new home in Okanagan Falls we did  board our two Newfies for a few days, but were not satisfied with their accommodation. We were fortunate  when Barb met Julie who had recently begun operating the Little Green Farm Pet Hotel and visited the facility. It was new, fresh, clean and very well laid out with even beds for the dogs. In addition they could easily accommodate our two Newfs in one kennel, that is more like a room than a kennel. Graham exercises our dogs daily in their spacious yard and socializes them with the other dogs at the same time. Even our vet, Anderson Veterinary  Clinic spoke highly of the facility and we recommend it to everyone we know. Thank you Julie and Graham...

Our cats, Clyde and Nermal have stayed at Little Green Farm quite a few times for a one or two week stay since it opened.  Our vet Henry Kleinhofmeyer and his wife, Tara, highly recommended this pet hotel when we asked where we could board our cats. There is nowhere else to compare to the excellent care and great facilities for our pets. Clyde is a very laid back older cat, but Nermal is an opinionated young lady who can be a challenge. Julie and Graham know just how to deal with her, while giving Clyde the cuddles he needs. Both cats look forward to going into the outdoor area during the day, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine and watching birds. When we pick them up they always look clean and well cared for, and they have obviously eaten well while we have been away.  I never worry about them because I know they are being well cared for.

Our family highly recommends the Little Green Farm.  Our dog, Chester always comes home clean and happy.  We love that he has his own large indoor AND outdoor area as well as group exercise and interaction with the other dogs.  We also really appreciate the morning and afternoon pick and drop off times 7 days a week.  Thanks for your dedication and obvious love of animals Julie and Graham!

My Husband and I moved to the Okanagan 2 years ago with our beloved Rottie Avro.  It was a big concern for us to find him a place to stay when we went  away.  The search was long and hard until one day driving to Oliver I saw the sign for Little Green Farm Pet Hotel.  On impulse I drove in.  Julie met me and gave me a tour. I was ecstatic.  A very clean,  modern facility, large kennels for the dogs and out back a fabulous play area. Graham spends alot of time excercising and playing with the dogs. Avro has stayed there 5 times now and I know he loves it.  He knows where he is going before we turn off the road.  Our minds are at rest when we are on holiday , we know that he is having just as much fun as we are. When I moved here from Saskatchewan two years ago, I was quite disappointed that there wasn't a decent cat boarding kennel any place near. About four months later, Little Green Farm opened, and it was a wonderful development. My cat, Bootsie, is family, and Graham and Julie have been very good to her. I can leave her at the kennel and not feel at all guilty! If you have a pet, you know what I mean. Thanks, Graham and Julie for being there.

Whether you need to leave your pets for 2 days or 2 months, (a move from another province in our case) your best friends and family members will be treated with loving care at the Little Green Farm. Graham and Julie provided a home away from home for our 2 Greyhounds on numerous occasions. Cairo and TC seemed reluctant to leave when we picked them up. Their facility is totally focussed on providing and a safe and comfortable place for your pets.

It is with pleasure and confidence that I highly recommend the Little Green Farm to anyone with a pet.  Julie and Graham have a special knack with both dogs and cats.  The first time stepping into the facility you will feel welcome.  The animals have wonderful accommodation and Julie and Graham go out of their way to take care of any special needs.  I have had my pet in several pet boarding facilities but nothing even close to what is offered by the Little Green Farm.

Little Green Farm is like Heaven for our dogs!  They love going to see Julie and Graham when we are out of town. Our purebred Chocolate Labrador Retriever is very high energy and he loves the exercise that he gets at the Little Green Farm Pet Hotel.  We love it just as much as the dogs are happy, healthy and nicely tired out when we return home to Oliver.  Our other dog is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever that is happy and wagging her tail on the way into the building every time. I have recommended Little Green Farm to all my friends with dogs and cats and will continue to do so.  This facility was much needed in our community and is greatly appreciated by both pet owners and their pets alike.  Thank you Julie and Graham for always taking such good care of the fury treasured members of our family.

Olly and Ruby

Hi there my name is Veronica and I am a dog lover, to say the least. My babies Olly a Fox Terrier and Ruby a Chih/Pom are my best friends. I was in a bind as the resort we go to in Oliver BC does not accept pets in the summer season and we had no family available. So I went to my computer and typed in Pet Hotels. To my surprise Little Green Farm came up and so I thought I'd drop them a line and see how they were. To my surprise and relief, Julie and Graham were amazing. I told them what a nut I was with my dogs and my fear's of my stubborn Fox Terrier but they assured me all would be well, and it was. It was the best experience I could have hoped for, clean, air-conditioned, met feeding requirements (no problem), I called almost every day and they always went out of their way to reassure me that Olly and Ruby were fine, and they were. When I picked them up after one week, it was as if they didn't even miss me, which was great except I still missed them. Anyway, if your worried about your babies, don't be cause they're in really great hands with the Fox's.

We would like to say a Very Huge Thank You to you both for looking after us so well while the Wolf Dog was visiting our house.  She is scary and would like to eat us so we were really  happy to be able to stay with you and have so much fun !!  
We loved our room and run, and especially enjoyed the fantastic big play yard and we miss our new pals too.  We hope that we can come and stay with you again soon & meet some new friends to play with and have lots of fun ! Mum and Dad were very impressed with how well we looked and what a good time we told them we had and they said we even smelled good !  Imagine !
